Each 2nd Saturday of the month we visit 2 nursing homes:

Gold City Convalescent Center, Dahlonega, GA at 10 a.m.  ** 222 Moore Drive, Dahlonega, GA 30533

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab. Center, Dahlonega, GA at 11 a.m. ** 200 Mountain Park Dr, Dahlonega, GA 30533

Each 4th Tuesday of the month we visit:

Bell Minor, Gainesville, GA at 10 a.m.  **  2200 Old Hamilton Pl, Gainesville, GA 30507

Each 4th Saturday of the month we visit 2 nursing homes:

Friendship Health & Rehabilitation Center at 9 a.m.  ** 161 Friendship Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528

Gateway  Health & Rehabilition Center at 10 a.m. ** 3201 Westmoreland Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528
